The property has spaces for 2 vehicles inside and spaces for some scooters or 4wheels.
A/C & Abanicos en cada Dormitorio
A/C and Fans in each bedroom. After being turned on for 5 to 10 minutes, the bedroom will be fully air-conditioned. The cost of electricity for air conditioning is US $ 0.50 x Kwh, this has a divided meter that will be shown to the customer at the entrance and exit. Upon departure, the difference is calculated and must be paid in cash to whoever we send to receive you. A/C electricity Deposit will be request at check in.
Private pool
The property has a private pool, it filters 2 times a day, pumping bubbles through injectors 2 times a day. Room temperature and with light that turns on by switch from the room.

Luis Restaurant
Luis Restaurant in Coson is one of the most famous in town. It is located in the same Playa Coson and they serve the freshest fish baked or fried in the Dominican style. You must try the pina colada it is a delight.
Le Tre CARAVELLE
Le Tre Caravelle is the excellent place to taste Italian delicacies, a good alfredo pasta with a breathtaking sunset. The perfect place in Playa Punta Popi.
EDEN
Just a few steps from our Villa is the Eden, a magnificent beach restaurant to have a good cold beer with beach-style pizza.

LAS BALLENAS BEACH
Just a few minutes away you will find that wonder called Las Ballenas, with transparent waters and calm waters, ideal for the whole family.
PUNTA BONITA BEACH
Punta Bonita is about 10 minutes away, but without a doubt one of the most beautiful in the world. It is simply a natural pool.
PUNTA POPI BEACH
Punta Popy is surrounded by a fun environment, It’s the place where sports are practiced and nearby you will enjoy a great line of restaurants.

LIMON WATERFALL
One of the highest waterfall in the Caribbean is very close to our town. Do not miss it.
Puerto PLaza SHip
Also known as the Barco de Las Terrenas, it is an iconic square of restaurants, bars, desserts, events and shops.
BOULEVARD CAVE
On the way to Las Terrenas, you must stop at La Cueva del Bulevar, for a postcard photo with your family.

• The person making the reservation must be present at the time of check in and host will ask for a photo ID or passport, otherwise the group will not be allowed.
• Air Conditioner Electricity is charged separately. It is measured with a separated meter in the property. The cost per KWH is US$0.50. Please notice that an A/C electricity deposit will be requested at the check in, US$50 for 2 night Stay, US$100 for up to 5 night’s stay. The electricity will be calculated at the end of the stay.
• Limit of 10 people at the same time in the property, not visitors allowed.
